Have You Been Eating Your Fiber?

Fiber is a very important part of our diets, and if you are not eating a sufficient amount, you could be stalling your weight loss attempts.

Getting a good amount of fiber in your diet, at least 25 grams a day, will help you feel fuller at meals and may fend off any cravings you may get.

It is best to eat several times a day, spreading out your fiber between your main meals and snacks.
