When dieting or trying to lose weight, many people forget to drink a big enough quantity of water.
Our bodies are made up of mostly water, and throughout the day we need water to replenish our bodies. When we exercise, we need even more water.
Make sure you are remembering to drink your water every day. If you don't much like water, substitute some of your water with sugar free beverages.
