Healthy Recipes for Weight Loss - Include Cardio

Including a cardio workout at least 3-5 times a week is a great addition to any diet and one of the healthy recipes for weight loss.

You don't have to have expensive home equipment to do this. Going out for a brisk 20 minute walk is a good option to help you get a cardio workout in.

If you are home bound and can't leave to walk, there are many cardio tapes or dvds you can purchase, including walking in place, which doesn't take up a lot of room if you don't have much.
